Hugh Jackman smiles in new photos but fans care more about who's behind the camera

Hugh Jackman has taken to Instagram to post the most wholesome photos of himself out in Central Park, and fans are wondering who the lucky person is behind the camera.

The Hollywood star constantly updates his 31 million followers with the ongoings of his day, and eagle-eyed fans suspect he may have a new lover following his split from wife Deborra-Lee Furness with his latest snap.

Taking to his 31.4m million Instagram followers, the Bad Education star posted pics of himself on a cute fall walk in Central Park.

He looked cozy in a black puffer coat, paired with jeans and a pair of black sunglasses.

The star smiled for the camera with the bare trees in the background, although it definitely wasn’t a selfie he took.

In the jolly caption, the 55-year-old penned: “Good morning from magical, sunny, crispy Central Park! Good morning.”

Yes, he could’ve been with a friend or even asked a lucky passerby to take the snaps, but let’s be honest, we’re all thinking the same thing.

“Who took the pic? I’m jelly [laughing emoji],” joked one fan.

Another wrote: “I was thinking the same thing but it could be anyone, male or female.”

“Who took this pic?” another questioned.

Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra, 67, shocked the world when they confirmed they were separating on September 16, after almost three decades together.

In a joint statement to PEOPLE at the time, they wrote: “We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage.

“Our journey now is shifting, and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth. Our family has been and always will be our highest priority.”

Inside the former couple’s 27-year relationship

The X-Men star and his wife first met co-starring on the set of the Australian TV show Correlli in 1995, and Jackman immediately knew she was the one.

After four months, Jackman popped the question, and by April 1996. Four years later, they adopted their first son, Oscar. Cut to 2005, and they adopted their second child, daughter Ava.

The celebrity couple continued to post and celebrate each other on special events and on red carpets. In April 2023, months before they announced their separation, they celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary.

Captioning a sweet selfie of the pair, on Instagram, Jackman wrote: “I love you so much. Together we have created a beautiful family. And life.

“Your laughter, your spirit, generosity, humor, cheekiness, courage, and loyalty is an incredible gift to me. I love you with all my heart.”

A month later, they attended the MET Gala together, however, it wasn’t meant to be when they announced their separation in September 2023.
